Your role:


Are you looking for challenges? Do you like to take care of line manager and employees’ concerns? Do you advocate best quality of outcome and fair decisions?


We're looking for someone like that to:



  • lead investigations into workplace-related concerns and allegations


  • manage sensitive and complex personnel situations (e.g. employee grievance cases and conflicts)


  • decide on disciplinary measures and procedure


  • give expert advice to HR professionals, line managers and employees on complex workplace-related topics


  • develop, implement and maintain tools and policies to help managers and HR to handle workplace issues efficiently


  • assist in workforce training on employee relations topics


  • partner with key internal stakeholders to minimize risks (e.g. Employment Legal, HR Business Partners, Compliance and Risk)



Your team:


You will be working in the HR Employee Relations Team in Switzerland and your workplace can be either Zurich, Geneva or Lausanne. We are responsible for workplace-related internal investigations, disciplinary actions, resolving employee concerns of various kind and providing guidance on policy matters and Labor Relations issues. In this diverse role we are in close cooperation with different specialist functions across the firm and are in everyday contact with employees and line managers of different functional areas and hierarchical levels.


Your expertise:


You have:



  • long standing experience in a Legal or Human Resources environment, preferably with a reference to employee relations matters including disciplinary procedures


  • experience in leading and managing complex internal investigations


  • a further education in Law, Human Resources, Psychology or equivalent paired with knowledge of Swiss employment law


  • the ability to work across teams and in a global and diverse environment


  • strong social and analytical skills


  • proficiency in English and German, French is a plus
