Autoneum is globally leading in acoustic and thermal management for vehicles. The Business Group Europe is looking for a

Head of Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) (m/f)

Switzerland - Sevelen - 100%

Your responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Management System of the EHS network in Europe in line with the MEHS Group directives, together with the local EHS responsible


• Analyze the accidents to define a right strategy in Business Group Europe


• Lead improvement projects and coordinate with Group function


• Provide and train EHS tools and problem solving method like QRQC over BG Europe


• Organize the reporting within the Business Group in terms of EHS


• Follow up of the ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 action plans of our plants and update the system if necessary.


• Coordinate with QM Systems Manager the EHS audit program, internal and external


• Define the EHS annual targets for the plants.


• Provide data and attend the quarterly Operations BU meetings


• Deploy the MEHS procedures in the plants


• Define the EHS strategy of the Business Group Europe with the Head of Quality


• Provide Lessons Learnt within the plants of our Business Group


• Collect, check, track and analyze reported data to define improvement actions for plants aiming to achieve the target of zero accidents and zero landfill


• Ensure that legal requirements are known and fulfilled

Your qualifications

• Min. 4 years of experience in EHS management, preferably in the automotive industry


• Excellent knowledge of ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 (45001) standards and their management


• Fluent verbal and written English


• Experienced user of common IT tools


• Experienced Problem Solving / EHS tools and techniques (8D, BBS, Lean Principles etc.)


• Good communication skills
