Global Key Account Manager
In this new position you have the chance to establish Global Key Account Management
with a selection of international well-known customers. Location Buchs (CH) or Dortmund (GE)
YOUR TASKS
Global responsibility to manage/develop strategic account plan (from short-term activities to long-term strategy, define value propositions…)
Develop and maintain strong and lasting relationships on different levels (buying center penetration) of your key account and secure high customer satisfaction
Understand customer specific requirements based on industry needs and transfer into solutions for your GKA which creates exceptional customer value
Lead your cross-regional/functional teams. Negotiates with great attitude on outcomes
Global governance for customer offering
Provide impulses for our divisional product and solution portfolio, driving implementation of new technology among key accounts
YOUR PROFILE
+7 years of experience in Key Account Management
Proven record of establishing long-lasting customer relationships, international negotiation skills
Excellent communication and technical skills to develop relationships at engineering, commercial and executive levels
Strong network in the logistics industry
Intercultural competence and experiences in a global environment
Strategic mindset with a background in developing account strategies
Team player with proactive attitude
Fluent German & English
Willingness to travel
