Job description
In order to reinforce the Flik Flak International team at its Headquarters in Biel/Bienne, Switzerland, we are currently searching for a FLIK FLAK MARKETING PROJECT LEADER (F/M) This is a hands on, 360° marketing role in which you will have the possibility to make things happen on a daily basis while developing strong relationships with multidisciplinary business partners worldwide. The Marketing Project Leader is responsible for the development and implementation of the marketing strategy, from the creation to the delivery to the markets worldwide. You are responsible for integrated, international advertising campaigns. You write briefings for copywriters, agencies and translators, as well as create and manage media campaigns. The definition and implementation of the marketing, communication and PR plan as well as merchandising guidelines are also part of your responsibilities, including all digital channels. In charge of marketing and trade material planning, you are also responsible for the international marketing budget and following up on the activities at country level. In addition, you will assist the markets for all kinds of requests and daily business related to marketing.

Professional requirements
You bring a business/marketing degree and min. 5 years’ experience in a similar position in marketing, preferably in an agency or FMCG brand. You bring knowledge and affinity for design (adobe creative suite) and digital marketing.
Languages
You must possess developed written and spoken communication skills in English, German and French. Every additional language is a plus.
