Provide research & intelligence, industry and company analysis; Preparation of transactionrelated documents, pitch presentations and offers
Performing Valuations and Financial Modelling
Supporting the execution of varied and complex M&A/Corporate Finance transactions along with Transaction Services (Diligence) projects
Supporting the generation of new business opportunities and business development initiatives
Your profile
About to or recently graduated with a Masters degree in Finance & Accounting or Business Administration, Economics or related
Prior professional experience in an M&A boutique, an international audit & advisory firm or a Corporate Finance/ Corporate Development division of a bank or a corporate is a plus
Fluent in English and German (written & spoken) Any additional language is a plus
Excellent knowledge in using Microsoft Office
