Our different products of Digital Advisory Suite (DiAS) enables front users to efficiently advise their client as follows:

• DiAS serves as a guide through investment content and advice based on client preferences and risk profiles by applying machine learning capabilities

• DiAS helps to manage the regulatory complexity and serves as a regulatory navigator through cross-border rules, suitability checks & pre-trade disclosures

• DiAS consolidates several management tools, reduces administrative burdens and free up time for our Relationship Manager

IHRE AUFGABEN

Act as Agile Project Lead

• By leading work streams and/or projects within the business domain of Digital Advisory Suite


• By owning the responsibility to manage delivery, costs and timeline


• By working closely with product owners, scrum masters, software development team, quality assurance and IT


• By applying agile project management and continuously drive improvements to our software development process


• By supporting scrum master activities and coach the team according to Scrum and SAFe methodologies

Act as Senior Technical Consultant Digitalization

• By creating and maintaining an architecture vision to push our platform to the next level


• By facilitating and leading architecture workshops to define our architecture strategy


• By supporting the organization in their digitalization journey


• By executing technical proof of concepts, pre-studies to quickly validate ideas


• By increasing the ability of the platform to continuously release new features by high degree of automation


• Proactively drive innovation within Advisory Solution

Special tasks

• Management and support of special projects and high level architecture activities


• Project roll-out support including training and post-implementation support for font related new applications and releases

IHRE FÄHIGKEITEN

• Very experienced with agile software development incl. nearshore / distributed development


• Master/Bachelor in software engineering, computer science or similar area


• At least 10 years’ experience in project management


• Solid experience in software development, solution architecture,  digitalization and cloud applications


• Experience in the financial industry


• Able to deliver quality results with a challenging, positive, influential style


• Action orientated, with a focus on continuous improvement in all areas of work


• Strong written and verbal communication skills (ability to communicate effectively across all levels)


• Excellent organizational and time management skills


• Strong analytical and investigation skills, with an ability to resolve issues in a high-pressure environment


• Sound understanding of the end-to-end operations in a private bank


• Flexible and able to work independently with minimal supervision


• Sense of initiatives and responsibilities


• Familiarity with advisory tools and/or processes would be an asset


• Pragmatic and open-minded, entrepreneurial mind-set


• Excellent command of both the German and English languages
