The growth team is responsible for the generation of deals and the steady growth of the company. At FELFEL, we believe in the ‘growth hacking approach’, e.g. we use modern marketing tools that are measurable, with the goal of increasing conversion rates and creating an effective sales funnel.  


As a member of the growth team, you will work directly with the growth team leader and the head of sales, as well as the sales team, who you help to grow.  


YOUR ROLE:


PROVIDE POWERFUL INSIGHTS TO OUR SALES TEAM / GROWTH MANAGEMENT:



  • Manage the sales funnel: you will have a complete overview of our sales funnel and provide daily data insights and guidance to our sales team, allowing them to manage their resources efficiently and achieve their set sales targets (weekly one to one meetings with the senior sales team members).

  • You own the 'growth' data: you provide powerful insights to our growth team on which campaigns materialize (and which don't). You also own the data to the overall 'live' dashboards (you analyze data from web traffic, social media, online advertising, SEO etc). You’re able to find and use external sources of data to reinforce our knowledge of the market and guide our Growth & Sales activities.

  • Provide campaign insights: You guide our content manager on 'the right' content, making sure advertising money is spent efficiently.

  • Know where our potential clients are: At any time, you own the landscape of our target market and provide info on where the most viable business opportunities in the market are.

  • Contact Management: you 'own' the company-wide contact system and make sure it is nurtured correctly.


MANAGE SALES FUNNEL 



  • Clean data: you are responsible for our CRM tool (Hubspot), ensuring data quality is complete (if needed you fill in the data) at any time. 

  • Deal follow up: you make sure that any deal generated is gathered in our CRM system in a timely manner (e.g. a day after it has been generated) and followed up by the respective sales manager in the next 24h.

  • Definition of CRM standards: you train and set the expected standards for the sales team when they enter sales metrics to the system.


TRAINING



  • You provide direction and training to our Sales Team to ensure data quality in our CRM Tool

WHO YOU ARE / WHAT YOU BRING:



  • Analytical mind: strong analytical skills with a sincere and profound love for worksheets and reporting tools - you get 'really excited' when getting a lot of data on your desk. Strong competency with Excel, business models, pivot tables, charts and graphs.

  • Curiosity: you need to be curious - we expect you to tell us stories and insights that we don't know yet.

  • Communication skills: Ability to synthesize information into actionable insights for our sales team.

  • Doer: while you are part of a team, this is your area of focus and you need to 'make it happen' on your own.

  • A bit of experience: we think it would be best if have 2-3 years’ experience in Sales / Hubspot Management.

  • Hubspot: this is our tool and yours - e.g. we expect you to know Hubspot 'in and out'.

  • English is a Must: we expect you to be a strong communicator in English and have a minimum level of conversational German.

  • Organizational skills:  ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously and provide strong attention to detail.

  • You like good food: Authentic Love & Passion for good food.
