The main task of Revenue Management (RM) is to achieve the optimal revenue and to maximize profitability for the company by managing the relationship between price, demand and capacity.
The team RM Steering Solutions is responsible for systems and solutions supporting the Capacity Steering units in all hubs of the Lufthansa Group (LHG).
As a Business Analyst in RM Steering Solutions, your responsibility will focus on business process engineering as well as enhancing tools from external system providers that are used in the daily business by all RM and Pricing operational teams in the LHG. Your duties will also include the maintenance, operation, support and system administration for these tools and systems.
You will be working in close collaboration with other technical experts in the RM Systems and Solutions department and the IT department as well as the operational units in Capacity Steering and Pricing. You report to the Head of RM Steering Solutions based in Zurich.
