For our international partner, Roche Diagnostics International Ltd. based in Rotkreuz, we are looking for a qualified and motivated Test Manager Hardware Testing (m/f/d).

Tätigkeiten

The department Instrument Design Verification CPS is part of R&D BGE System Solutions CPS which is accountable for research and development activities on all systems of the BGE (Blood Gas and Electrolytes) portfolio from Roche Diagnostics. We are looking for someone with technical background, ideally in electronics who brings experience in reliability testing and automated testing for instrumentation and hardware. The advertised position offers:

• Development of testing concepts and -strategies for hardware and system testing for different testing levels


• Review of requirements und specifications


• Definition of test cases based on requirements, risk ratings and complexity; selection of appropriate testing methods


• Planning, elaboration and documentation of all V&V- activities for system components according to internal Roche guidelines


• Responsibility for the testing environment/equipment used in automated system component testing


• Accountability for the test execution incl. standardized documentation (project- and system specific documentation compliant with internal and FDA/IVDR guidelines)


• Collaboration within the interdisciplinary development team


• Status reporting to respective project leader

Anforderungen

• Master degree in Informatics, Electronics or Medical Engineering


• 5+ years of experience in HW testing or in a similar field


• Fluent in German and English


• Familiar with test planning and the basics of project management


• Experienced in cross-functional product development


• Networking with internal stakeholders from R&D, production, quality assurance, regulatory affairs, project management


• ISTQB (International Software Testing Qualifications Board) certification


• Familiar with software tools and data bases for test management (HP ALM) and test execution


• Experienced in automated testing approaches
