YOUR CHALLENGE You lead and develop the corporate and digital strategy advisory department across industries like Manufacturing, Energy, Utilities, Logistic, Retail and Travel. You lead business development activities, generate strategic opportunities, define the nature and scope of engagements, develop strategies and lead teams in consulting engagements. You build your team, lead customer engagements in CIO Advisory, Program Management, Organizational Change Management and Digital Transformation. You will work with their clients’ CxOs to develop a competitive advantage for their organizations, define strategies to meet their business objectives and apply emerging industry trends in practice. As a key player will you build a platform for long lasting and sustainable relationship and you act as trusted advisor for future growth.
YOUR PROFILE You have an excellent education ideally with MBA background or equivalent. You have leading business consulting experience within a similar role and a solid business network in Switzerland for business development in the relevant domains. Strong industry domain know-how supported by extensive thought leadership with specialization in one, or more of the respective domains: Research and Development; Supply Chain, Production & Manufacturing; Risk, Compliance and Quality Management; Marketing & Sales and additionally in or more of the following service lines: Digital Advisory, Digital Enterprise Design, Organizational Change Management or CIO Advisory. With your entrepreneurial drive, can-do attitude, team spirit, a flexible personality, the ability to cope with pressure in fast-paced, time-sensitive, and innovative business environments will you convince external and internal stakeholder. You have fun thinking globally, acting locally and work in multi-cultural teams around the globe. You are a problem solver with the ability to effectively prioritize work. You are business fluent in English and German (is a must).
