specializing in next generation of thin-film flexible solar modules with exciting
opportunities. The company has made remarkable progress in developing
the production technologies for low cost and high performance solar modules
and is now expanding to increase production volume.

strongly developing market worldwide.
For our maintenance team, we are looking for a dedicated, flexible
maintenance technician ,able to perform highly diversified duties to install,
troubleshoot, repair and maintain production equipment and factory utilities
according to the internal safety and maintenance procedures, in order to
support the achievement of the factory uptime.
Responsibilities After an on-site training, you will be asked to fulfill the following tasks:

• Execute the daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual
  routine preventive maintenance schedule


• In the event of a mechanical or electrical failure, troubleshoot the
  equipment and its components with the appropriate auxiliary equipment.
  Execute the relative repair and/or parts replacement to recover the
  equipment correct performance and let it be available for production


• Contribute to the installation of any equipment hardware upgrade or
  facility.


• Keep meticulous records of production equipment service history in order
  to use it to diagnose and address future issues


• Contribute to maintain inventory of spare parts


• Learn the basic operating procedure in the plant in order to operate
  independently in case of a malfunction

Education, High school diploma; completed technical apprenticeship
Experience, and Knowledge and understanding of mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulic,
desired traits electrics and related schematics reading. Ability to read equipment
manuals, P&ID diagrams and maintenance procedures

• Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods, especially
  focused on troubleshooting activity


• Safe handling and cleanliness of work-tools and hand-held electrical
  devices.

Other desired traits

• Experience in solar panel manufacturing equipment maintenance
  preferred


• Proven experience as maintenance technician or other maintenance
  related job


• Ability to work with minimal supervision, prioritize tasks and follow
  specified procedures


• A problem solver, and a person who would get his/her hands dirty


• Compliance with the safety regulations and attitude to keep a clean and a
  tidy working area


• Willingness to work in shifts / weekends based on requirement


• Experience in working in clean room area

Language Your German is very good. Knowledge of English is a big plus.
