Project management for complex customer projects in the field of solid-state development
Advice and support for customers in the entire field of technology
Method and strategy development as well as further development of techniques
Salt and cocrystal screening and selection, polymorphism screening, crystallization optimization and method development
Quality control
Ensuring communication with customers and internal partners
Internal order coordination, controlling and reporting
Requirements
University degree in chemistry or pharmacy with doctorate and PostDoc
At least 10 - 15 years of professional experience in the described area, possibly even with management experience
Experience in polymorphism and crystallization development
Knowledge of relevant methods like XRPD, DSC, Raman etc.
Knowledge of the development processes of solid forms in the pharmaceutical industry as well as GMP knowledge
Very good knowledge of German and English
