For our Group IT team we are looking for a dedicated personality as Project Manager / Inhouse Consultant CRM Service (f/m). The position encompasses the following main tasks:

• You are responsible for the global implementation of ServiceMax based on the Salesforce platform and the global roll-outs in an international context, primarily DACH and EMEA.


• As a driver of innovation and Inhouse Consultant, you are responsible for the optimization of ServiceMax at dormakaba and operate as a communication channel to all relevant business stakeholders.


• You are responsible for coordination of all CRM solutions, like updates and releases, conceptualization and optimization of training concepts and the support in specifications in global working environment. 


• You cover recurrent topics like administration, customization, migration and 3rd level support for used ServiceMax solutions.


• As project manager, you are responsible for strategic projects in different national and international locations.

Job Requirements

• You have got a university degree in Informatics, Business Informatics or similar. Building on this you can exhibit at least five years of relevant work or project experience in roll-outs, e.g. in IT-Consulting or as an Inhouse Consultant.


• You have got distinct experience in Salesforce roll-outs and trainings.


• Solid know-how in project management in combination with knowledge about project management methods like SCRUM and Prince2 characterize you well.


• Ideally you are certified Salesforce administrator or developer.


• You are a team player with strong communication skills and assertiveness. At the same time, you offer responsibility, proactive approach, autonomy and a good self- and time-management.


• You have got an analytical capability as well as numerical skills.


• You have very good English skills thanks to your wide experience in international projects.


• Travel willingness of up to 30% is important.
