As Area Recruiter you will be responsible to drive and ensure a qualitative recruitment process within your region. You will work closely with your Area team (Area Manager, Area HR, Area Controller, Area VM), the Recruitment Manager as well the store management groups to create a qualitative recruitment strategy and ensure an excellent candidate experience.
Your responsibilities
As Area Recruiter your responsibilities will include developing the recruitment strategy for the stores in your area. You will work closely with the Area HR to develop your regions recruitment strategy by setting goals & actions that you will create through an accurate future recruitment needs forecasting. This will enable you to create your areas candidate attraction, assessment & onboarding strategy. You will be responsible for posting job ads, screening applications, reviewing video interviews, hosting telephone interviews and in person interviews for all store roles in your region. In addition, you will organise talent days and assessment centres, collect references, follow up on new hires onboarding, establish an understanding of our competitor landscape and their recruitment strategies. You will also follow up on your recruitment strategy through the preparation and review of HR monthly KPIs. Furthermore, you will assure the training and performance of all stores recruiters. Visit stores to quality assure the recruitment practices have been implemented, to maintain a high standard throughout. Be a brand ambassador and lead by example, representing H&M at all times.

• Previous recruitment experience (screening, telephone interviews, interviews, etc) is a mandatory• Previous retail experience is an asset• Fluency in English and German is mandatory • Strong drive and strive for continuous improvement by pushing your goals forward• An open-minded and curious with an interest in people• A Proactive and solution orientated mindset• Enjoy working with numbers and KPIs, an aanalytical and problem-solving mindset• Organisational skills – you enjoy planning ahead and having a clear overview of your strategy & to-do’s• Being able to set and follow up on short and long terms goals• Having an inspiring and motivating communication, both written and spoken • Enjoying to work both independently and in a team• Having leadership experience (is an advantage)• Having a good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as PowerPoint, Word and Excel is needed
