Senior IT Project Manager

YOUR RESPONSIBILITY

• Work with teams to develop estimates, budgets and timelines


• Monitor and track projects, produce and distribute status tracking reports and provide proactive recommendations to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget


• Assist the team in managing and prioritizing workloads


• Manage communication and approvals between project and client teams


• Recognize issues, adjust and report as needed


• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs and offer solutions when necessary


• Identify and secure project resources, including third-party vendors, as needed


• Serve as a liaison for internal resources from planning through implementation for flawless execution of projects


• Identify learnings – good and bad – from projects to apply to future projects


• Identify and implement ways to improve project management through process improvements, technology solutions, etc.

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor‘s degree or equivalent in computer science, business management or a related field


• More than 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the energy sector or related field


• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools


• Knowledge of current and emerging information technologies


• Good understanding of complex IT environments


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English


• Ability to interact and communicate effectively with peers, clients and vendors


• Strong organisational and analytical skills


• Ability to multi-task and balance priorities


• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
