Manager Procurement Strategy

We are seeking a dynamic, hardworking and motivated Manager for Procurement Strategy across multiple categories to join our amazing office overlooking the lake in Lausanne, Switzerland. In this role, you'll be responsible for implementing the latest procurement trends and system solutions to help digitalize our global procurement process and directly influencing our strategy. You will be joining a team whose mission is to change the way we currently do business. As our supply chain becomes more complexed we are looking for individuals who will develop and drive the digitalization of our end to end global procurement. Does this resonates with you? Responsibilities: Leading and handling the strategy development, implementation of strategic initiatives, process governance and improvements for Global Procurement organization As a savvy researcher, you will report and make recommendations on external trends and developments for Procurement as a business function in terms of processes, organization and tools. Actively driving Procurement Strategy preparation, including coordination of strategy process, preparation of meaningful presentations, proposals for strategic projects and initiatives Assess current digital capabilities, ongoing projects and existing / future needs Discover new opportunities and propose digital roadmap including preparation of initial business cases and cost / benefit analysis Work with external and internal resources to increase efficiency, digitalization and productivity Advise and work with multiple partners across the business to align our processes About you: You will hold a University degree in Business Administration or Procurement specialty You possess a confirmed experience in Procurement and/or strategic planning function with exposure to a multinational environment, preferably in consulting firms and FMCG You will have a broad knowledge of various procurement strategies Successfully designed and implemented procurement strategies You are a clear and constructive communicator Able to work in ambiguous environments with multiple priorities Ability to build rapport with senior level partners across the business Interpersonal Agility Functional skills: Excellent understanding of the sourcing process.
