For our national client in Bern we are looking to hire several experienced ICT Business Analyst / Requirements Engineer. As an ICT Requirement Engineer, you are an important interface between the technical and IT department. In this role, you are responsible for the analysis, specification, validation, and management of complex software system requirements.  

Responsibilities: 

• You structure the business requirements in use cases, derive IT requirements from them and document them;


• You are the central contact person in the context of requirements engineering


• Your expertise is especially appreciated when it comes to sustainably driving actual states through targeted IT solutions


• Thanks to your analytical skills, you can identify conflicts, redundancies and synergies, providing the project and your stakeholders with a central added value

Skill Requirements: 

• Profound knowledge and practical experience in banking, in the digital environment and in agile project methodology 


• Nice to have skills: (eg Scrum, Disciplined Agile Delivery)

Languages:

• Fluent in GERMAN (spoken and written) 


• English (B2 level)


• Any other language is an advantage.

Education, Experience & Knowledge:

• Education in the field of IT Business or have equivalent training;


• Several years of project and consulting experience as a Requirement Engineer or IT Business Analyst, ideally in the financial sector, you bring with you
