Chief Marketing Officer, Lausanne - Switzerland

• Manage the Marketing team (corporate marketing, product marketing, knowledge management, events management and indirect sales)


• Work closely with the VP Corporate Marketing (messaging, branding, media relations)


• Animate product marketing in a matrix form of organisation for 3 Business Areas (Genomics, Radiomics, Clinical Trials)


• Manage required projects according to product marketing needs


• Leverage on our knowledge by organising the Knowledge Center


• Support local sales teams for congress presence


• Manage indirect sales activities to further accelerate technology adoption

Requirements

• Willing to impact on patients life


• Master in Business or in Science


• 10 years of experience in a VP Marketing role or top C level marketing position preferred


• Experience in fast growing company in Lifescience or Medtech field


• Experience with matrix form of organisation


• Sales Acumen


• Solid verbal and written communication skills in English


• Dynamism and capacity to animate
