Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Zürich suchen wir ab sofort eine/n engagierte/n Hochbauzeichner/in oder Architekt/in (ETH/FH) für die Mitarbeit eines spannenden wie anspruchsvollen Wohnbauprojektes innerhalb eines größeren Wohnquartiers in Frankfurt.


Dein Profil


- erfahrene/r Hochbauzeichner/in oder höherer Abschluss in Architektur (ETH/FH)


- 3-4  Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Schweiz oder Deutschland


- Erfahrung in allen Leistungsphasen inkl. Ausführungsplanung


- hohe gestalterische Ansprüche, ausgeprägtes baukonstruktives Verständnis


- lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten, Teamfähigkeit


- Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch (Mindestens C1 oder Muttersprache)


- professioneller Umgang mit CAD präferiert Vector Works

Junior Architect specialised in BIM and parametric design (80–100%))


 


Who you are


KCAP is looking for a junior architect with 1–3 years of experience post-graduation. In a quickly changing design environment, we are looking for a young architect with proven expertise in BIM and parametric design. He/she should have professional experience with Revit/BIM in project design development and delivery phases and working knowledge of computational design such as Grasshopper and Dynamo, to assist and develop tools for an international office.


 


About the job


Your task will be the implementation and coordination of buildings and the delivery of building information models, but also includes urban design and functional planning between these projects. The position is an opportunity for anyone who can work independently or collaboratively and can implement these practices within our graphic requirements, and with a broad interest in healthcare, housing, open city and circular economy. Additionally, you will support the business development and front offices with proof-reading texts for an international audience.

Your skills


- English, oral and written (native preferred), German a plus


- Professional experience in Switzerland


- A high design standard from conception to detailed planning


- Specialized in Revit, Rhinoceros 3D and Grasshopper/Dynamo required


- Experience in parametric design (Grasshopper and similar)


- Ability to develop software tools for daily workflow in all phases


- Practical experience at the interface of architecture and urban planning


 


- Very good software skills in Vectorworks, Adobe CS and MS Office

Senior Urban Designer with very good Chinese skills


To grow our team in Zurich, we are looking for a committed senior urban designer to support and collaborate on our projects in Asia.


 


We expect


- Master's degree in architecture and/or urban design in China and Europe ( ETH or equivalent). Postgraduate or doctoral degree would an asset.


- at least 7 - 9 years of professional and/or academic experience, preferably in Asia and Switzerland or Europe.


- experience in project or research coordination in at least one larger project


- experience with and an established network among Asian authorities at various scales, especially city governments


- research and publication experience in an academic context


- proven design competence in various scales


- an outstanding design talent with an ambitious, creative and conceptual attitude


- practical experience at the interface of architecture and urban design


- very good software skills in Autocad, Sketchup, ArcGIS, Adobe CS and MS Office


- organisational competence as well as clear communication and presentation skills


- fluency in Chinese, oral and written (C2 level)


- fluency in German (at least C1 level)


- fluency in English
