Apply now!PrintThe Case Investigation & Resolution (CIR) department supporting cobas® 6800/8800 and cobas p 680 Systems (Hardware, Software and workflows) performs global case handling on customer inquiries and complaints about molecular diagnostics systems in commercial and hospital labs.
In this exciting position in an international environment, you will be working alongside global case handling experts and, under their guidance, you will assist with the evaluation, investigation and resolution of customer complaints and inquiries for hardware or software issues.
You will be covering the following key responsibilities:
