You'll play an active role in analyzing the Hilti competitive landscape, enhancing our pursue of knowledge from raw information, challenging ourselves to shape market intelligence and more easily predict changes and disruptive factors. Together with experienced business partners, you will actively develop frameworks and plans to generate market and competitive insights. You will analyze different areas of competitors and come up with implications to our major stakeholders: senior management, business units and regional teams. The outcome of this analysis will carry significant impact on Hilti’s future strategic planning. In addition, you will support the team in further developing and implementing the vision and processes. As intern in our department you’ll be part of the market and competitive insights team.
During your internship, you will work closely with a senior business partner from the team, teamworking with internal stakeholders across locations and coordinating international intelligence projects
Your key responsibilities will be the following: 1) Conduct researches on competitors and trends 2) Drive country specific researches to analyse Hilti’s market landscape 3) Develop current information processes and systems for market and competitive insights further.
