The CRM Marketing Specialist will provide support to the business unit Grid Automation, supporting the sales organization managing the relationship with the customer, maximize the efficiency of the Salesforce CRM, designing, providing, and analyzing regular streamlined marketing reports, optimizing the CRM database, and facilitating trainings and presentations about best in class usage of Salesforce for sales and marketing. Working closely with the ABB Grid Automation marketing team, you will maximize our customer retention, nurturing and adoption programs through data mining, behavioral analysis and customer segmentation. You will support the implementation of effective digital marketing campaigns and report on the success of our activity. You will be an efficient project specialist with proven experience in CRM marketing, digital analytics and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, good attention to detail and the ability to work as part of a team. Ideally, you will be familiar with the Power and Energy industries and will have an awareness of the global markets.

Aufgaben :


• Meet with marketing and sales teams and analyze the marketing reports to determine business trends and what kind of customer trends the business should respond to
• Develop together with the Digital Campaign Specialists strategic CRM and marketing automation best practices
• Supporting the digital marketing team to identify direct marketing opportunities to ensure database growth & relevant communications to external and internal contacts
• Reach out to marketing to evaluate opportunities for new campaigns based on CRM data
• Co-ordinate the inputting of new data to the CRM system liaising with the Eloqua platform administration, sales and key stakeholders to ensure that the data held provides a true, consistent and complete record of clients and targets
• Work with our internal sales & marketing and external creative teams to continually optimize the creation and execution of all strategic and tactical elements of CRM marketing campaigns
• Supporting the digital marketing team to deliver the requirements to the global marketing strategy Understand the BU and Product groups marketing objectives and explain how specific digital analytical activities deliver against these objectives.


Anforderungen:


• 5 years + experience in Marketing and Digital Marketing
• Expert in Salesforce CRM Marketing (5+ years)
• Excellent knowledge of lead generation practices and performance based digital marketing
• Experience in releasing marketing automation campaigns preferably in Eloqua
• Preferred Experience with Microsoft Power BI and Google Analytics
• You hold strong project management skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Good digital analytical skills and demonstrate initiative, flexibility and resourcefulness. Good communications and organization skills are essential for the role.
