For our site in Thonex we are looking for
Project Technician
The primary responsibility of a Project Technician is to test and commission all equipment and facilities, installed or provided by Honeywell, to the customer's satisfaction and/or in accordance with the terms of the contract.
• Test and verify the individual system components to ensure:
ü DDC substations and field devices are installed in accordance with the specifications
ü Proper (standard-compliant) cabling of the system components
ü DDC substations function properly and without errors
ü Field devices function properly, without errors and are correctly calibrated
ü All main control units are fully functional, all application programs have been installed and function without errors
• Feedback to project manager/supervisor and application engineers on errors and changes that were necessary due to site conditions and thus support in the creation of valid documentation
• Keeping of reports, minutes and other progress records as required by the project manager/supervisor
• Documentation of change requests and progress delays as well as feedback to the project manager/supervisor (regular feedback to the project manager/supervisor on progress or problems affecting the progress of the project)
• Participation in meetings (if requested by the project manager/supervisor)
• Customer training for the operation of the system
Handover, in cooperation with the project manager/supervisor, of a building or plant to the customer/consultant and the service team

YOU MUST HAVE:
· Swiss Federal Certificate of Competence (EFZ) or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Installation, Building Automation Technician, Electrical Engineering, HVAC Technician
· Good PC knowledge (MS-Office)
· Good HVAC basic knowledge (Desirable)
· Experience in measurement, control and regulation technology technology
· Knowledge of networking, integration protocols BACnet and Modbus (Desirable)
· NIN 2019 and NIV Art. 15 - Connection authorization
· French - native or equivalent, verbal and written
· English - B1 (Threshold or intermediate) per "Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR)", verbal and written (Desirable)
· Driving license (Category B)
· Commitment to customer satisfaction & quality
· A strong commitment to safety and a safe working environment
· Is a team player that is able to share best practice
· Good communication skills
· Self-motivated
· Global mindset
· The ability to work under pressure
