As Business Manager Pharma & Diagnostics located in Aesch you will provide inspirational and strategic leadership to the Marketing & Sales Department which also includes New Business Development mainly in the field of coagulation and hemostasis . In this respect you will also manage our group of R & D. As member of the Global Management Team you will report to the General Manager of DSM Pentapharm.
Business Manager Pharma & Diagnostics (f/m)
- Responsible for the Marketing & Sales incl. New Business Development and R & D (18 FTE) located in Switzerland, China and the US
- Implement the business strategy & plan and monitor its execution
- Develop a sustainable product portfolio by driving innovation aligned with the Business Strategies
- Develop, maintain and expand relationships and business with relevant key customers
- Represent Pentapharm in the global hemostasis scientific community, develop privileged relationships to scientific and industry
stakeholders
- Stay abreast of developments, identifying opportunities and turning these into solutions
- Travelling 30%
- Academic degree in relevant natural science plus additional business management background
- Several years experience in diagnostic or (bio)-pharmaceutical industry and preferably good hemostasis R & D competences with
commercial relevance
- Handle and facilitate business planning at strategic multi-year to daily actions level
- Inspirational leader genuinely interested in people management and development
- Ability to build up a sustainable customer relationship and industry community network
- Commercial excellence, proven negotiation and communication competences, leadership and team player skills,
out-of-the-box-thinking
- Fluent (w/s) in German and English language
