IT System Engineer – O365 / Skype for Business

In this position, you will be part of the internal Workplace Engineering team and be responsible for the engineering and 3rd level support of our workplace services in the context of Windows and Office 365. Your mission

Planning, implementing and supporting challenging IT projects based on the latest technologies Integrating applications into existing services and systems Continuously optimising IT services and systems Providing 3rd level support for workplace services and systems Maintain internal documentation and educate employees from the Operations- and User Support team

What you need

Successfully completed higher education in the IT area or comparable qualification Fluent in English (both written and verbal), good verbal communication skills in German Strong analytical and system-oriented thinking 3 years working experience in Microsoft Office 365 (ADFS, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Intune, etc.), Skype for Business on premise and Active Directory

You will get extra points for the following       

Experience in Microsoft Windows OS, System Center Suite, Citrix XenDesktop / XenApp and NetScaler Knowledge in Scripting (PowerShell) and automation technologies Good understanding of cloud services, VMware, storage systems and networking protocols
