Region Controller Emerging Markets
In this challenging position, you are a part of an international team of Controllers responsible to control and support Sonova’s global wholesale businesses. Your role is dedicated to ensure effective and efficient functional leadership for finance, including financial governance, business partnering and compliance support with focus on the Emerging Markets operations.

Your tasks



  • Leadership responsibility for local group company controllers within the Emerging Markets organization and WHS Export business controlling

  • Finance Business Partner to the Director Emerging Markets, representing the financial perspective in all matters of business strategy and execution

  • Drive timely deep understanding and actionable insights through management reporting, in-depth analysis and decision support

  • Financial governance for the region Emerging Markets, ensuring accounting and reporting compliance, correctness, consistency and efficiency in the group companies

  • Coordinating and ensuring timely and complete submission of actual, estimate and budget inputs in cooperation with corporate controlling

  • Active participation in global WHS consolidation, analysis and project work

Your profile



  • University degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accounting or equivalent

  • Progressive finance experience of 5+years, preferably in an international environment, partly gained in local finance roles and minimum 3 years of leadership experience

  • Excellent knowledge of MS-Applications, experience with Cognos and SAP is of advantage

  • Willingness to perform under pressure, excellent analytical and conceptual thinking skills, goal-oriented, with a self-dependent mode of operation

  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills, ability to communicate with all levels of the organisation

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written), other languages would be a plus
