These are exciting times to join Partners Group's continuous growth in the role as Senior Corporate Real Estate Manager. Based at our global headquarters in Zug, Switzerland, you will be responsible to manages Partners Group's proprietary real estate assets and lease portfolio including the building of our new campus in Zug. Your responsibilities include:  

  • Manage Partners Group's proprietary real estate assets and lease portfolio

  • Collaborate with Partners Group's Real Estate Asset Management team to create value from capital expenditure across our clients real estate assets

  • Lead and overseeing real estate projects implementation and execution through completion of construction for existing and new offices.

  • Manage large, ground-up projects including programming, design, entitlements, bidding, permitting, and construction management including the plans for the new campus in Zug to accommodate up to 800 people.

  • Responsible and accountable for transparent, accurate, consistent project reporting (weekly, monthly and quarterly) to the team and other project stakeholders.

  • Ability to source and actively manage project development teams, lawyers, architects, general contractors, engineers and a variety of other internal and external consultants

  • Review legal documents such as leases and lease modifications, management of policies and any other real estate related contracts

  • Evaluate real estate options in the various fields

  • Maintain external/internal relationships and effectively manages conflict resolution.

  • Operate independently on activities relevant to project

  • Manage a small team of 3-5 project managers including their day-to-day activities and career development

  • Willingness to travel globally


What we expect



  • Degree in Design, Construction, Engineering or related field

  • Minimum of 10 or more years of project management experience

  • Experience in Construction Management

  • Strong track record in managing real estate development projects with >€25m capex spend.

  • Excellent theoretical and practical knowledge of design, and construction engineering concepts

  • Ability to establish timelines and budgets with proven track record of bringing construction projects in on time and within budget

  • Experience with Bid Packages, Award Phase, Contract Administration and Coordination, Construction Phase, Permits

  • Strong track record in managing subcontractors/general contractors

  • Excellent presentation skills

  • Demonstrated ability to influence and communicate with senior leaders (Board, C-Level)

  • Ability to operate with a mindset of delivering consistent and exceptional customer service 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (German and English)
