Management Controller (temporary)

Currently we are recruiting for our client, a well-known private bank in Geneva, a team-oriented, communicative and entrepreneurial thinking personality for its role as Management Controller for a temporary assignment of 12 months. Options of extension and conversion into a perm position are given.




Tätigkeiten:



In this position you will act as an important part of Management Support. Based on your work, strategic desicions will be made on a Senior Mangement level in order to bring forward the entire bank. You will be mainly responsible for following tasks:

• Creating and reviewing various information reports for Management Board and Executive Management (Financial, Risk, Regulatory matters in order provide a full picture of various KPIs of the bank)




• Involved in periodic budget-forecast processes




• Close collaboration with internal stakeholders from Accounting, Risk Management, Accounting and other stakeholders




• Ad-hoc management support (CFO or other memebers of Management)

Anforderungen:

• Professional experiences in Financial Services Industry (2-4 years)


• Higher education qualification (Bachelor or Master degree preferred)


• Ability to understand large datasets and experience of building reports and providing accurate data analysis


• Ability to solve issues and deliver independently or as part of team


• Proactive attitude and willingness to take on new knowledge and skills


• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to unforeseen work demand


• Quick learner, accurate and efficient


• Excellent communication skills to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders at all levels

Sprachen: fluent in English
