You play a leading role in the preparation of accurate and IFRS compliant external financial reporting. Furthermore, you are the central contact for all global IFRS accounting and valuation topics and provide expertise relating to the interpretation and application. In this interesting and challenging position you are responsible for the following tasks:


 



  • Assess and resolve complex accounting topics, and prepare key Group Accounting position memorandums

  • Act as internal IFRS expert and advise CFO/Finance Managers worldwide

  • Review and assess the application of new or revised IFRS, develop new Group Accounting policies, and drive its worldwide implementation

  • Ensure accurate and IFRS compliant external financial reporting

  • Support Corporate M&A Finance (due diligence, valuation, WACC calculations, PPA, internal reporting)

  • Prepare and present internal accounting trainings for finance managers

  • Lead/be part of special projects worldwide


 


You will be a member of our Group Accounting & Reporting Team located at the Group Headquarters in Hergiswil and work closely with other Corporate Finance functions and Finance Managers worldwide.

Mobility needs you


You are a self-confident and achievement oriented personality with strong analytical thinking. Furthermore, you possess the following qualifications and skills:



  • University degree in business administration or finance and recently qualified Certified Public Accountant (CPA)

  • Strong expertise in IFRS e.g. as Chair Assistant at an University Accounting Institute, IFRS consultant or external auditor

  • Solid experience in external audit or controlling and reporting gained in an international environment

  • Strong project management, analytical and communication skills

  • Fluency in both spoken and written in English and German
