- Develops quality assurance plans by conducting analyses; identifying critical control points and preventive measures; establishing critical limits, monitoring procedures, corrective actions, and verification activities.
- Validates quality processes by establishing product specifications and quality attributes; ultimately determining operational and performance qualification.
- Prepares quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends including failed processes, corrective actions, and re-validations.
- Communicates with customers and provides support to Sales & Marketing during customer visits to explain and review quality performance.
- Ensures that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed.
- Updates job knowledge by studying trends in and developments in quality management; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
Required:
- Bachelor or master combined with 12 years of professional experience, 5 years in management
- In-depth understanding of ISO 9001
- Fluent in German and English
- Excellent knowledge of systematic risk/quality management
- Experience with Transformer Bushings
- Experience with FMEA
Preferred:
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt / Master Black Belt
- Understanding of ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, and EKAS Directive 6508
