IHRE AUFGABEN



  • Support Region Head with development and implementation of marketing strategy for strategic markets

  • Be an integral part of the development and execution of marketing plans to reach targets from brand awareness to positioning as a thought leader

  • Be able to conduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits and trends in the strategic markets

  • Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels

  • Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies

  • Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned

  • Proactive stakeholder management

  • Budget management for assigned projects 

  • Event management

  • Collaborate with marketing and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts

  • Liaise with external vendors to execute events and campaigns


IHRE FÄHIGKEITEN



  • Proven experience as marketing specialist in private banking or similar role

  • Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing) and market research methods

  • Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools

  • Degree in marketing

  • At least five years experience in a similar marketing position in wealth management or in the financial industry

  • Deep understanding of strategic marketing, content marketing and key drivers for sales success

  • Entrepreneurial mind-set to increase marketing footprint in Europe

  • Well-organized and detail oriented

  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills

  • Ability to work independently and innovate in a demanding business environment

  • Strong stakeholder management skills

  • Language skills: Fluency in English and Spanish, German conversational

  • Traveling: 20 – 30%
