As a part of our 18-months Graduate Programme we offer a permanent position tailored to your abilities and skills, with training modules and the option of a six-months international assignment.

IHRE AUFGABEN

Within the first six months, you will joining the Learning Innovation lab within JB Academy. You will learn about financial regulations, HR & Learning analytics as well as e-learning production.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Data wrangling (extraction, clean-up, formatting etc. using Python)


• Reporting automation (generate charts using Matplotlib)


• Prototyping AI learning assistant bot


• E-learning production (design and production of individual assets (interactive activities, videos, audio clips and animations) using Adobe Captivate and Creative Cloud products, including advanced actions and coding.


• E-learning quality assurance (design and production of test routine, as well as regular testing of assets and courses)


• Preparing video recording or screen-cast recording


• Any other administrative tasks as required

After having set the foundation in this topic, 2 rotations will follow in different areas.

IHRE FÄHIGKEITEN

• Master degree in Computer Science / Graphic Design with above-average performance (University or university of applied sciences); degree not more than 12 months ago


• Fluent in English (written and verbal)


• Good data science skills, Microsoft Office skills


• Python (Pandas, Matplotlib)


• Graphic Design skills, ideally experience with Adobe Creative Cloud products


• Attention to detail, specifically relating to text and visual design


• Assertive communication
