As a Global HR Business Partner you will provide a commercially focused, generalist HR support to the business through a period of intense global transformation and change. Namely resource planning and execution (talent acquisition), organisational development, change and engagement, employee relations, performance management and learning and development.
Business Partnering
Work with the Leadership Teams to implement a global people plan that enables functions to meet the business plan and targets. You will also be responsible for the entire talent acquisition cycle
Support leaders on the overall people agenda, with particular focus on Performance Management, by providing effective interventions, holding leaders to account for effective leadership of their people
Identifying opportunities to drive efficiencies within HR processes and improve service delivery
Organisation Design
Work with leaders to deliver Organisational Design activity including restructures, resource planning, cultural change and engagement
Coach and support leaders through periods of change, handling and resolving capability matters
Your Experiences
Strong commercial and HR awareness ; High delivery focus and hands-on behaviour ; Fluent in English and German
Great partnering skills with leaders and the ability to build trusted relationships, particularly through times of transformation and change
Excellent knowledge and demonstrable experience of delivering an end to end generalist HR service (including employee relations, change management, performance management, reward, learning and development, talent acquisition)
The ability to think strategically, balanced with tactical business as usual activity
