Your responsibilities
Establishment of the erection concepts in coordination with design departments for projects so that the project can be executed to the satisfaction of the customer, taking into account HSE, quality, schedule and budget
Resource planning in coordination with project director and line manager and daily site coordination of multiple contractors, staff & stakeholders
Daily reporting and assessment of construction progress/Commercial assessment of contractor progress & dispute
Support for sites to achieve the work package objectives and detailed planning support for master erection concept and input
Development of concepts for erection and their implementation Professional supervision of construction sites and detailed analysis of contractor & EPC progress reporting
Specification and procurement of installation package and tools in cooperation with the SM
Carrying out of search for 3rd party personnel for the site and conclusion of the contract (purchase order)
Your experiences
Engineering degree
At least 7 years’ experience in construction of large-scale industrial plants (Engergy from waste) as PCM or Site Manager
Construction coordination and site trouble-shooting/Lean Construction Management and modular construction with “just in time logistics”
Coordination of multidiscipline contractors (civil, mechanical & electrical) on large EPC projects
Good knowledge and experience of Microsoft applications
User-level knowledge of PIRS and SAP, LMS, Autocad, Navisworks
Fluent in English (German language skills advantageous)
SCC Training Certificate (Security certification for Contractors)
IOSH/SMSTS/NEBOSH or equivalent safety qualification
