Brand Marketing Campaign Lead

The Opportunity


We are looking for a hands-on Campaign Leader with experience within the lifestyle brand sector to further expand On’s reach to an audience seeking products for 24/7 performance.As part of the central Campaign team,you’ll be involved in campaign planning from day one, collaborating with different marketing teams on a daily basis to make sure briefs are followed and tasks are executed. Collaborating with our team based in Zurich, you’ll ensure there is a 360° view of all projects you are involved in. This role is an exciting opportunity to help us define how On can take campaign planning for 24/7 performance to the next level.


 


Key responsibilities include:



  • Initiate, lead and execute marketing campaigns for our all day performance products

  • Project-manage campaigns from beginning to end,ensuring they meet the target objectives

  • Write briefs, timelines and manage campaign budgets 

  • Follow up on deliverables withthemarketing team on a daily basis to make sure all marketing campaign initiatives are delivered on time 

  • Coordinate activities between the marketing teams, making sure that everyone is aligned 

  • Execute day-to-day production tasks such as campaign set up, launch, tracking 

  • Oversee partnerships andcollaborationstied to campaign launches


Specific skills for this role:



  • You will understand the mechanics of launching products within lifestyle channels including retail, events and third party channel executions

  • You have experience with digital first campaigns that put social engagement and growth at the heart of the communication

  • You will have a keen interest in broad consumer trends covering both a sports and fashion influence

  • Bachelor or Masters degree in Business Marketing 

  • Minimum 3 years experience at a lifestyle brand is a must

  • Minimum 4 years experience as a campaign manager for a lifestyle brand

  • Excellent problem solving, project management and communication skills, with the ability to work with a variety of stakeholders at all levels

  • Proven experience and knowledge of pitching and managing campaigns

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines at the same time

  • Organisational skills, entrepreneurial attitude, proactive approach, strong focus on results

  • Understanding of critical marketing success metrics and KPIs

  • Excellent English skills, both verbally and in writing

  • Experience using Adobe applications,MicrosoftOffice & Asana  

  • Interest in fashion, digital trends and brand marketing will be beneficial
