Management of complex mixed-signal imager chip design projects
Controlling the projects in terms of technicals requirements, schedule, milestones and cost
Development of requirement specifications with internal and external customers
Supporting the chip design team in the development of design specifications
Reviewing and release of design specifications
Acting as an important member of the product and technology roadmap steering committee
Planning and managing the evaluation, characterization and qualification of the chips
Co-editing, together with product management, the data sheets and application notes of the chips
Coordinating and implementing corrective actions in terms of quality and yield issues
Supporting product launches
Planning and execution of internal and external product trainings
Representing ESPROS at trade shows, congresses, etc.
Acting as interface and coordinator for all stakeholders of chip design issues
Managing the dedicated sub-ordinates
Cooperating in the development of patents
Providing active technology monitoring
Your skills
Solid technical education at university level, preferably in semiconductor in microelectronics
Additional education in project and people management
Several years of management experience
Several years experience in chip design, preferably analog/mixed-signal
Several years experience in complex ASIC projects with direct customer interaction
Being thrilled by photonics and physics in general
Excellent presentation and documentation skills in English
Proven endurance to achieve success
Success-hungry, self-driven, flexible and able to work under pressure
Solid negotiation skills in English and German
