Are you looking for a new, meaningful opportunity, to develop your skills broadly within HR as the Head of Human Resources Roche Diagnostics International Ltd (RDI) and might have aspirations to take on a larger roles in the future?
In this role you will report to the General Manager RDI. The department covers a wide range of HR activities such as HR Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation & Performance Management, HR Operations and Vocational Training.
You will have a key role shaping, driving and executing the overall people strategy for RDI in line with the business & HR strategies of the various stakeholders on site (Business Areas, Global Functions as well as Group Functions) in alignment with global HR requirements and national regulations. In this role, you will be accountable for developing and sustaining an effective and competent team of HR professionals (current FTE ~50) and embed our new people practices.
You will collaborate and act as key HR point of contact, sparring partner and sounding board for RDI Leadership Teams thereby sustaining and strengthening our culture of innovation
As an ideal candidate you possess a successful track record and experience as an HR professional in a multi-national environment. Ideally you will have had both local and global responsibility and have worked and lead teams in different areas of HR. Alternatively, you will be a successful business leader with global experience and a strong interest in people and transformation demonstrated by relevant project experience or education in the field of organisational development and HR.
We are looking for someone who wants to play an active role in the Diagnostics HR Leadership Team and influence the DIA people strategy. Someone who is comfortable interacting with and influencing a wide range of stakeholders including employee representatives as well as senior executives and Diagnostics Leadership Team members.
Strategic professional who deploys inclusive management style in diverse workforce with substantial experience in working with senior leaders, representing HR in leadership teams as well as working in matrix organizations
Passionate people leader with a proven track record in managing change as well as developing and maintaining trustful and effective relationships.
