As Process Engineer Reagents you will be part of the new BG&E IT & Automation Team. You will support the BG&E Reagents production and lead automation projects, coordinate and execute equipment & system changes and maintain the applications.
You will be part of our highly skilled team of +5 Process Engineers providing support for the BG&E portfolio consumables; cobas b123, cobas b221, Classic Electrodes and their Reagents. 


Job responsibilities are:



  • Management and coordination of technical projects within BG&E Operations (e.g. Automation-projects) 

  • Coordination and execution of equipment, system & production plant changes in BG&E reagents operations in high quality, in time and in budget 

  • Ensure the operational readiness, production quality and compliance (process & system)

  • Production and process support

  • Support in qualification of equipment & lifecycle systems

  • Manage and coordinate CAPA tasks

  • Continuous process improvement

  • Strong collaboration within the engineering team, R&D, operations and quality assurance to ensure readiness and quality 


To be successful in this role (you have to):



  • Min. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering

  • Multidisciplinary knowledge (Automation, Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrie 4.0 / Internet of the things) 

  • Proven work experience in Process Engineering, conception and analytical mindset

  • Project management experiences would be a plus

  • Experienced in regulated GxP- environment, ideally in IVD area

  • Experience in the field of reagent production in-vitro diagnostics would be a plus

  • You thrive in a dynamic team and act as a team player

  • Fluent in German and English
