Roche Centralized and Point of Care Solutions (CPS) provide integrated Cobas branded solutions for blood testing in commercial and hospital labs, medical centers and laboratory networks. Our products and solutions support health care professionals in clinical decision making in a wide field of indications including, cardiovascular, hematology, infectious diseases, metabolism, oncology and women’s health.


You will support the CPS LifeCycle Team “Cardiac, Women's Health and PHCS” (Personalized HealthCare Solutions). Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):



  • Coordination of a new PHC assay development project based on pharma collaboration.

  • Coordination of the sBCMA project core team and the joint collaboration with the respective Pharma partner.

  • Ensuring deliverables of the projects in form of timelines, cost and quality in accordance with the controlling body.  Operation under minimal supervision

  • Managing project information sharing with respective stakeholders; setting up and maintaining the project management plan and  ensuring an up to date project overview

  • Creating a unifying vision of the project goal as well as a continuous and clear direction toward that goal

  • Safeguarding that all functional units are aligned on risks, project deliverables and timelines by proactive identification of gaps, potential bottlenecks and challenging of assumptions

  • Communicating the project status to the PHC organization

  • Coordinating the PHCS Rapid Response Team for new project assessments


To be successful in this role you fulfill the following criteria:



  • University degree in life sciences or related technical discipline paired with a practical business background

  • Project Management training or certification (e.g. PMP®) is a plus.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Achievements from managing projects in the Diagnostics, Life Sciences or Health Care industry

  • Demonstrated competence to lead effectively in cross-functional  teams

  • Ability to think strategically and systematically, analyze complex issues and opportunities, and utilize sound judgment in developing and evaluating options and deriving conclusions

  • Demonstrated drive to bring open topics to a conclusion.

  • Strong interpersonal skills to successfully perform in a complex global matrix environment
