As Senior Compensation Partner you are part of Human Resource and you work in the local Total Rewards Team of the Site in Basel / Kaiseraugst.
Human Resources supports both the people at Roche Basel & Kaiseraugst, and HR units at other Roche sites in Switzerland. Working closely with leaders, employees and their representatives, we create an open and diverse work culture based on trust and performance.

As a Senior Comp Partner you are a member of the local Total Rewards team with responsibility to support the specific business functions at Headquarter. Your overall objective is to act as a sparring partner to global and local HRBP and Recruiters in all Compensation topics in order to support the Business on key talent priorities – attract, retain & engage
