Customer Success Manager

About the role



  • Responsible of managing multiple enterprise customers through onboarding, ongoing management, upselling and rollouts of additional features

  • Take full ownership of high-impact customer onboarding projects

  • Ensuring that customers issues are managed and solved in a timely manner

  • Contribute to the business as a whole by communicating with Product and Engineering on Customers’ priorities

  • Work directly with the CEO and the Head of Customer Success on maximizing our Customer satisfaction and together with the Sales team on maximizing Customers revenues


About you



  • BS or MSc degree, e.g. in engineering/ computer science or business or other subjects (with relevance to working at the intersection of technology and business)

  • Demonstrated experience in Project management and developing strong customer relationships

  • Entrepreneurial and pragmatic mind set with a passion for getting things done and a bias for action

  • Strong affinity to the technology/ internet/ start-up environment

  • Good written and verbal communication skills (English – required, German – a big plus)
