Responsible of managing multiple enterprise customers through onboarding, ongoing management, upselling and rollouts of additional features
Take full ownership of high-impact customer onboarding projects
Ensuring that customers issues are managed and solved in a timely manner
Contribute to the business as a whole by communicating with Product and Engineering on Customers’ priorities
Work directly with the CEO and the Head of Customer Success on maximizing our Customer satisfaction and together with the Sales team on maximizing Customers revenues
About you
BS or MSc degree, e.g. in engineering/ computer science or business or other subjects (with relevance to working at the intersection of technology and business)
Demonstrated experience in Project management and developing strong customer relationships
Entrepreneurial and pragmatic mind set with a passion for getting things done and a bias for action
Strong affinity to the technology/ internet/ start-up environment
Good written and verbal communication skills (English – required, German – a big plus)
