We're looking for an Avaloq Developer / Business Analyst Cost & Fees to join us in Zurich.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone interested in working in an international environment, while being able to interact with various stakeholders
As part of the Cost & Fees team you’ll be a crucial part as an Avaloq Parametrisation Specialist / Business Analyst to serve the private banking arm of the RBS Group by supporting the Avaloq Banking Suite and its Satellite Systems

What you'll do

As a Developer / Business Analyst Cost & Fees you’ll strengthen the team and provide business analysis as well as parameterisation skills and have significant work experience with the core banking solution Avaloq. The work focus will be on both ‘Run the Bank’ (incident management and solution developing) and ‘Change the Bank” (Projects).

Your responsibilities will include:

• Business analysis, specification and Avaloq implementations/parameterisations in the area of Cost & Fees


• Thorough understanding of Wealth Business Processes, Products and Services


• Support business functions with technical tests in test- and integration environments


• Stakeholder management including end user consulting


• Service Management / Incident Management


• Support of specific projects or change requests, provide conclusions, recommendations, effort estimations, technical solution designs and develop agreed solutions.

The skills you'll need

We’re looking for a self-starter with a strong Avaloq paramenterisation know-how in Avaloq Script, PL/SQL, SQL. You’ll need to have a demonstrable experience in business analysis, consulting and development.

We’ll also expect the role to demonstrate:

• A minimum of three years of business know-how in the Cost & Fees area


• Avaloq Certification


• University degree or equivalent in Computer Science


• Entrepreneurial thinking and pragmatic in approach


• Experience working in cross-functional, multinational and geographically dispersed teams


• Excellent English language skills; German skills are a plus


• Project Management skills as well as Oracle database know-how (preferred)
