About us


Our vision is to enable anyone to build spatial applications. We are building a platform enabling our clients to interact with the digital twin of the world and to build industry specific applications on top of them using this new type of digital resource.


A digital twin is comprised of an ultra realistic 3D model that is fully interactive, allowing for the integration of additional, third party information that is spatially relevant (such as weather conditions and other geospatial information). Our role is to provide the best possible digital twin of the world together with different functionalities, allowing users to build applications ranging from simulations, urban development or gaming experiences, making our platform relevant across different existing and future industries.


About the role


We are looking for an 3D Artist/Tech who will give our models the kiss of life!


Essential



  • Strong knowledge of 3DS Max/Blender/Maya and Photoshop

  • Ability to troubleshoot and execute a broad range of 3D software tasks including modeling, UV layout, retopology, geometry clean-ups and texturing

  • Knowledge of high-poly to low-poly surface baking

  • Proficient in PBR texturing software such as Substance Painter/Designer, Quixel or equivalent

  • Experience in creating game assets for game engines (e.g. Unreal Engine 4 or Unity 5)


Desirable



  • Knowledge of photogrammetry to game asset workflows

  • Passion for achieving real-time ultra-realism

  • Good understanding of physical materials and how to replicate them in CG

  • Ability to create node-based materials a plus

  • Knowledge of terrain creation also a plus


Requirements                                                    



  • Formal art education/qualification, with a foundation in traditional and digital art creation would be welcome, but not requisite.

  • Good communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative, dynamic team environment.

  • Application should come with an up-to-date portfolio.

  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
