Skyguide provides air navigation services for Switzerland and certain adjacent parts of neighbouring countries. With its 1500 employees at 14 locations in Switzerland, the company guides some 1,2 million civil and military flights a year safely and efficiently through Europe's most complex airspace. To ensure that we continue to fulfill this task in the future, we are seeking a/an:Internship : Business Analyst - AgileAs part of our 2019 Innovation Change Management roadmap, you will be in charge to complete an assessment of Agile benefits and expected value for skyguide. As well as assisting the unit with support for further enhancements to the ICM framework for Agile, you will be in particular in charge to:YOUR TASK
Quantify performance derived from internal trials and other skyguide projects using Agile, to determine impacts regarding: developments costs (at both project and scaled levels), productivity, team efficiency, testing, integration, supplier management, dependencies with other "traditional" waterfall projects
Drive a shared view as to whether Agile helps skyguide achieve its goal within acceptable costs, overall impacts and time frame
Identify best solutions for harvesting potential benefits
Identify resultant changes required for eventual transformation plan
Help deliver completion of an outline Business Case (covering entry price and evolution of productivity) for Executive Board approval
YOUR PROFILE
First or second degree in project management or engineering, in the process of acquiring a doctor's of master's degree with focus in Agile
Agile project management certification and expertise in industry is an asset
Very good communication skills (verbal and written), as well as ability to work independently and autonomously
Written and spoken French or German - mastering both languages is a clear asset - as well as English (level C1 minimum)
Is prepared to travel as necessary between Geneva and Wangen-bei-Dübendorf
Has good IT user skills (MS Office, internet)
Is of Swiss nationality or has a valid work permit for Switzerland
