Job Description
Your responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
• Execute all warehouse and inbound logistics activities (GMP and Non-GMP coded material receipts, inventory transactions and warehouse tasks & activities within designated areas, transfers to manufacturing, shipping…)
• Participate in process improvement teams such as safety, 5S and compliance teams
• Identify, communicate and implement initiatives and best practices to optimize efficiency and productivity
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops
• Ensure the warehouse operations are fully compliant (EHS transport and dangerous goods storage and transport regulations…)

Qualifications
• First strong experience within an operational position in Warehouse in GMP Environment
• At least 3 years experience within an operational Warehouse, ideally, automaed
• Proven experience in using an ERP system (SAP, Oracle…)
• Trained on ADR and IATA regulations preferable
• Good language skills (oral and written) in both English & German
• You are Independent and Quick Learner, looking to work in a team
• You are looking to take ownership of a project and ready to take responsibility for the deliverables
• Shift work will be required
Education
Apprenticeship in Logistic or equivalent education in Logistic; Fachausweiss would be preferred
