Job Description


As MindMaze’s Business Development and Strategy Advisor for the APAC region, you will develop the go-to-market strategy and business model for MindMaze’s healthcare products in the APAC region, starting with India.


You will:



  • Identify and build relationships with key external stakeholders within the APAC region;

  • Strategize, negotiate and implement strategic partnerships and transactions;

  • Create market-level competitive intelligence;

  • Evaluate the local national healthcare systems and funding and reimbursement schemes;

  • Evaluate local healthcare placement and distribution channels;

  • Conduct strategic marketing projects to advise on market potential and product entry pathways;

  • Evaluate acquisition and partnership targets to broaden the company’s portfolio and footprint in the APAC region;

  • Develop regional level reporting and dashboards to ensure consistent performance management;

  • Manage day-to-day operations and performance of APAC, starting with India

  • Identify performance improvement initiatives and strategies;

  • Work closely with product and engineering teams to identify market-specific product requirements necessary to deliver growth.


Qualifications


Skills and qualifications that we look out for are among



  • Minimum BA/BS degree, and MBA degree;

  • Extensive experience in corporate strategy and/or strategic consulting for technology and/or healthcare companies;

  • Experience managing and growing a high-tech business in APAC, more particularly in India;

  • Experience originating and executing external partnerships and agreements;

  • Proven track record delivering operational results and implementing strategic agreements;

  • Experience managing small direct reporting lines, but across large cross-functional teams;

  • Fluency in English and one of the APAC languages.


Icing on the cake



  • Experience in a start-up environment;

  • Analytic ability to conduct market and business research and present data driven content that drives actions and decisions.
