We are looking to hire a SAP TM Technical Architect (m/f) to:
• Provide a focal point for complicate technical issues from application support and project
• Generate and provide valuable insights on SAP TM data for analytics, system and process improvements
• Ensure that all components of the technical architecture are properly implemented and conceptual integrity
• Collaborate with internal teams to determine enhanced functionality to improve system stability
Responsibilities
• Facilitate data gathering and implement analytical solution to support business needs
• Review SAP OSS notes concerning dissolving power, risk, impact and dependencies
• Execute technical reviews on solution changes and developments with regard to stability, performance and scalability
• Troubleshooting, debugging and root cause analysis
• Responsible for continuing configuration management
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering or related field preferred,
• Understanding of SAP best practice
• Experience in Freight Forwarder or Logistics Industries
• At least 2 full life cycle project implementation experience
• Extensive knowledge in engineering requirements
• Extensive knowledge in operating SAP systems
• Extensive experience in setup and configuration of SAP TM
• Extensive knowledge in ABAP, BOPF, PI/Interfaces and ECC 6.0
• Experience of Panalpina’s’ industries and markets
• Experience in working in and with large diverse global teams
Languages
• Fluent in English is mandatory (written and spoken)
• Other languages (written and spoken) a plus
