Carrier and Integration order management
Purchase and order processing tasks
Phone support and contact with customers and partners
Improve overall customer experience
Contact with suppliers for offer requests
Service implementation in collaboration with other departments
Collaboration with Billing department
Administrative support for the Enterprise and BMM Team in Ticino
Facility management
Qualifications:
Digital mindset
Italian mother tongue, English is a must, German or French a strong plus
Any Degree in a commercial or economic field
Committed, flexible, independent and positive attitude
Can-do mentality, pragmatic mindset who gets things done
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Structured mindset, high level of attention to details, very organized personality
