Business Analyst – Private Equity Operations (100%)
The Business Analyst - Private Equity Operations is a core member of the Fund Operations and Services team and the Operations department, responsible for contributing to all aspects of the analysis, design, development, building and testing of solutions, driving change and projects within our area of responsibilities and beyond.
Areas of Responsibility:
• Enable and drive change initiatives within Fund Operations and beyond
• Manage/coordinate projects and sign responsible for the optimization and maintenance of our processes
• Gather requirements and define business processes
• Analyze business requirements proactively
• Act as the first point of contact for business requirements and collaborate closely with other stakeholders
• Involve the right people, get them started and keep them motivated; provide a supportive and creative environment
• Support other team members in improving their analysis skills and experiences
Required profile:
• Degree in a relevant discipline such as finance, accounting or information technology, or 3+ years of experience in a relevant role; Agile certification, e.g. Certified Safe Agilist (SA), is a plus
• At least 5 years working experience at a financial services company; experience in the private equity industry and knowledge in eFront software is a plus
• Proven project management experience as well as excellent analytical skills
• Solid experience in business analysis across a number of different capabilities, systems or teams
• Experience in working with colleagues and stakeholders globally and sensitivity to cultural differences
• Excellent command of the German and English language, both written and spoken
• Inspiring and collaborative leader, role model for agile leadership approach
• Team player, self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
