Your new responsibilities
· Guide the IT Agile Transformation project and run the implementation of SCRUM and SAFE – manage the transformation backlog
· Conduct Agile coaching, training and mentoring for Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Product Management, teams, and other stakeholders as needed. Provide actionable feedback to teams for improving and developing their skills in Agile practices and team dynamics
· Enable organization to work in an Agile framework and coach management level to adapt Agile Leadership
· Guide teams with hands-on assistance in facilitating all key Agile events including Program Increment (PI), Inspect and Adapt (IA), sprint planning’s daily standups, iteration and release planning sessions, backlog refinement as well as product demos and team retrospectives
· Develop Siemens BT Agile Framework incl. necessary templates, reports
· Implement Agile values & principles and Lean thinking
· Conduct Agile maturity assessments and ensure continuous improvements
· Collaborate and partner with other Agile activities and coaches within Siemens to optimize support for the Agile transformation and to share knowledge across the enterprise.
· Ensure proper organizational change management is applied and communicate progress.
· Support the establishing metrics to measure quality of provided services
· Foster communities of practices
Your skills and experience
· Multiple years of experience in applying agile methodologies and at least 5 years hands-on experience as an Agile Coach transforming an internal IT organization (Scrum, KANBAN, SAFe)
· 5+ yrs. of experience working in an IT organization
· Practical experience for Jira and Confluence
· Strong facilitation, collaboration, coaching and mentoring skills
· Excellent Communication, moderation and visualization skills in English, German is an advantage
· Highly developed communication skills to collaborate, build relationships, influence, negotiate and persuade others at all levels both inside and outside of IT
· Certified Agile trainer (SCRUM Master, Product Owner, Agile Awareness training) in at least one of the certifications mentioned
